Very Good

Friendly and helpful staff. We were only staying for one night but the check in/out experience was easy and efficient. Parking was free and plentiful. The breakfast was okay, not amazing but enough.

Unfortunately the distance from the Visarno Arena, we needed to take a taxi to a festival and back again, approx. €30 each way. However, to get into Florence there is a bus stop about a 10 min walk from the hotel and it’s simple enough.

Very Good

Located within metres of the motorway, this hotel has excellent parking for almost any size vehicle. The car park area looks a bit run down, and I was worried about security of the car, but there was no problem. The hotel reception area is massive, in fact it’s a very large hotel. We found the room to be a good size and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant food was good as was breakfast

A very welcoming hotel just outside of the center of Florence

There were two occasions where the staff behaved very nicely: one day we arrived in the breakfast room exactly at the time of closing. They had already taken all the food back in the kitchen and cleaned all the tables. Instead of telling us that we were too late, they had us sit at the tables of the bar and they brought us a huge breakfast. On another occasion, we asked the reception if they could do something about the shower since the pressure of the water was weak. It was 20:00 o'clock and as we came back from our night out we found out that they had already replaced the shower head. Very efficient!

They should take a bit more care of the outside. A kettle whould have been really appreciated in the bedroom as well as a modern TV.

I liked close location to highway and free parking. Breakfast was ok. Similar to other hotels or the same class. This hotel is suitable for motorists. Safe and large parking lot with large trees giving shadow. Bathroom was clean and with relatively new facilities.

Old TV, but who is watching TVs nowadays ? Reception did not have plug adapter for Italian sockets, so I finally had to buy it in Coop. Coffee from the machine at the breakfast is mediocre.

economical choice but far from Florence city center

Breakfast was typical continental breakfast. They didn't have an in-room kettle, but gave us a large insulated carafe of hot water. Reception was polite and professional. The hotel was a bit expensive for what it offered, but still a lot cheaper than most other hotels in Florence during Festa della Repubblica.

It looks like a business hotel and even has meeting rooms, but there was no in-hotel laundry service or clothes iron, which seems unusual for a business hotel. Location is quite far from Florence city center and requires long bus trip with 1 transfer. Better to stay here if you have a car. However, we booked late and were travelling during Festa della Repubblica when there were very few centrally located or cheap options.
